Marketing for Senior Living Communities
Sadly, most senior living communities are not well marketed. I find this to be for two reasons; they often are not well-funded, and beautiful stock photography of seniors is sorely lacking. I also think designers and even the staff of the residences can easily fall in to the trap of stereotypes. I've spent a great deal of time overcoming these obstacles to create logos, branding packages, collateral and websites for senior communities and I've come to believe they are an under-served niche with untapped potential. I hope the 3 case studies below will help you see that senior community marketing can be so much more.

Luxury Senior Living Apartments
When high end finishes and a full array of upscale amenities define a senior living community, the collateral materials must also feel the same. That's why, for Magnolia Villas, we printed an embossed border on a heavy textured paper to grace the cover and a vellum sheet on the interior to inspire potential residents to read on. We also use quite a bit of original photography and incorporate the beauty of the homes and the vibrancy of the bustling, shopping district it neighbors.
